I co-founded Artech and lead consulting and product. The main build is a risk layer — simulate and catch fraudulent behaviour in fintech apps before it hits production ledgers, not after.

Building Pangolin AI for Attercop: customers ask questions over proprietary research and get streamed answers with citations. I own the hard parts — auth across Sitefinity and VIP, the indexing pipeline, and the LangGraph orchestrator that ties retrieval, SQL tools, and the UI together.

For Digital Composite, a compliance knowledge base lawyers and analysts query in real time — not a prototype. Built the RAG stack end to end, cut vector search latency roughly in half, and ran Go services with a 99.99% availability target.

Long walks, bad coffee, good books
Most of my career sits where product meets infrastructure — banks, Windows telemetry, analyst Q&A, industrial sensors. I still like owning the path from sketch to something teams can run at 3am without paging you for a missing config.
At Artech, which I co-founded, I lead consulting and product: the priority build is a risk layer that lets fintech teams rehearse and intercept fraud patterns before they show up in live traffic. At Parthian I'm Group CTO — alignment across subsidiaries, shared infrastructure discipline, and the heavy lifts: Parthian Tech (I-Invest), pensions infrastructure as 20th PFA, and core banking plus infra for I-Monie and Parthian Regional Bank.
I've been an IC and a manager. Microsoft was billions of devices of telemetry; I-Invest was doubling AUM; recent consulting was RAG at production rigour. I still write code when that's the fastest way to unblock the room.
